A graduate of Loyola Law School and the University of Georgia, Mr. LaScala served as a City of Atlanta jury trial Prosecutor early in his legal career.

Mr. LaScala’s practice is strictly limited to Georgia DUI Defense and Criminal Defense. The main office is centrally located in Midtown Atlanta; however, Mr. LaScala regularly practices law throughout the state of Georgia, including the Atlanta metropolitan area, and other communities in the counties of Fulton, Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale and Douglas.

Mr. LaScala is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Atlanta Bar Association and Georgia Bar Association.
